Once the premiere airport in Wisconsin, placed in Milwaukee, Mitchell International Airport used to fly out through 10 different airlines, and served flights going out of Milwaukee to over 50 cities across the U.S. non-stop. The airport was name after General William Mitchell (http://www.mitchellairport.com/history.html). It was developed in the late 1930's.
Hundreds of years and an apocalypse later, it has now been reduced to rusted, deteriorating metal; although, the parking structure is intact enough to provide some shelter to the wanderers of the wastes. Be careful, though, as this building is no secret. Enter at your own risk, and it may serve you best to be armed. There is certainly no concrete settlement here; just a place to escape... one way or another.
